teleNetwork recognizes individuals, dependents, married couples, and domestic partners as eligible participants in any of our health plans. Eligible employees can enroll in a PPO health plan through UnitedHealthcare’s Choice Plus Network.
There are two plans offered. One has RX and office visit co-pays, a $2,000 deductible and 80% coinsurance.
The other is a High Deductible Health Plan that does not have co-pays, a $3,000 deductible, 70% coinsurance and offers a Health Savings (HSA) account option. A Health Savings Account is a tax advantaged personal savings account that you can use to pay for medical expenses. HSA’s are good for several reasons: You don’t pay taxes on contribution made via payroll deductions; you can take it with you if you find new employment; and you decide how to spend the money. You must be enrolled in a HDHP to have a HSA account.

We offer an optional group vision plan through UnitedHealthcare/Spectera. Coverage includes: eye exams and lenses- annually and frames once every 24 months, with co-pay.
Eligible employees can enroll in a voluntary PPO dental plan through UnitedHealthcare’s Network. Preventive Care is covered at 100%. There is a $50 annual deductible with 80% coinsurance on basic services and 50% coinsurance for major services. Participants in the plan are also enrolled in the Dental Rewards Program wherein they are allowed to carryover unused benefit dollars if they have at least one dental check up during the plan year. Additionally, eligible employees are offered the option to add orthodontics services during enrollment.
Employees at teleNetwork Partners, Ltd. have the benefit of participating in a Section 401(k) Retirement Plan. Up to four percent (4%) of your total annual compensation is matched by teleNetwork. Employees become eligible once they are 18 years of age; have completed one (1) year of employment with teleNetwork; and work 1,000 hours in their first year at teleNetwork or a calendar year thereafter. There are a variety of investment options available for employees to match their risk tolerance.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

teleNetwork believes that employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work to help balance their work and personal lives. To assist with the diverse needs for time off, we offer all employees Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO accrual begins the pay period following completion of the first 90 days of employment and may be used for vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay & other scheduled or unscheduled time off.


Holiday Pay:

Because of the nature of our business, we require employees to provide some availability during the holidays each year. Normally, teleNetwork will pay 1.5 to 2 times your hourly rate if you are scheduled to work a holiday. Our typical holidays covered at Holiday Pay rate are Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

In office employees can choose from over 300 food and beverage choices in a 24 hour cafeteria style layout. Enjoy a wide selection of fresh food and snack choices that include garden-fresh salads, restaurant-style deli sandwiches, pastries, breakfast items, smoothies, yogurts, and much more!

teleNetwork recognizes the need to help employees prevent many health disorders typically found in a call center environment. To help provide for a healthier workforce, a Wellness Program with it’s very own Wellness Coordinator has been made available to any employee interested.

Daily cardio and yoga classes via Google Hangouts, superhero themed workouts, dietary recommendations, recipe suggesions, mental health support, in-depth information, and more are available to all employees.
