teleNetwork has provided Internet help desk support to Consolidated for 13 years beginning with Lufkin Conroe Telephone Company. We began the partnership when Lufkin Conroe Telephone introduced a dial-up Internet product to its wire line customers in 1993. With the introduction of its DSL product in 1998, teleNetwork assist Consolidated Communications in transitioning many dial-up customers to DSL. teleNetwork is the original Internet technical support department for Consolidated Communications and has grown with the CCI over the years. teleNetwork's experience with Consolidated includes 5 acquisition migrations from one ISP name to another while maintaining exceptional service and support standards.
