Maintaining uptime to ensure a better customer experience

teleNetwork's disaster recovery plans include interconnected redundant call centers capable of dynamically handling calls when another center is busy or unavailable. To ensure uptime, we have dynamically-routed high-speed upstream connections via different Internet Service Providers, as well as star-ring and full-mesh intranet connectivity within each office and between all of our offices.

Our core servers are configured in a high-availability cluster, ensuring that in the event of a hardware failure no loss of service will occur. Each office is equipped with commercial UPS and backup generators capable of fulfilling our power needs if we experience an extended commercial power outage.

The following disaster recovery features are available to our customers:

  • Cross trained agents in two or more call center facilities
  • Ability to take calls from your in-house centers during a disaster
  • Calls are dynamically routed between redundant interconnected call center facilities if all cross-trained agents are busy
