Etex Telephone Cooperative was formed in 1952 to meet the communications needs of people living in rural northeast Texas. Etex Telephone Cooperative boasts a service territory of 710 square miles of rural East Texas. Customers within this service area are given the opportunity to purchase local, long distance, cellular and internet (dial-up and DSL) service at rates comparable to those found in urban areas around the state. Deployment of fiber in the loop further enhances our ability to offer other broadband services. Eastex’s mission is to provide  competitively priced, state-of-the-art communications, entertainment, and information services to its members and customers that include an array of contemporary, enhanced network features that are generally available in urban areas.

teleNetwork has served Etex’s Internet subscribers for more than 11 years. teleNetwork has helped Etex create a customer support strategy that has helped them grow their Internet customer base over the years. With teleNetwork’s help, Etex has provided excellent support and service to Etex customers.
