Job Description:
teleNetwork is seeking qualified applicants to provide telephone and e-mail help desk support to enterprise business and government
customers for ERP and CRM
applications including HR, financials, sales-force automation, inventory management and others. Knowledge or experience using or supporting Oracle, Siebel, SAP or PeopleSoft applications preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships on every call. Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Job Functions:
To provide help desk support for enterprise business and government customers for for ERP and CRM applications including HR, financials, sales-force automation, inventory management and others by telephone, e-mail and chat for resolution of customer issues to ensure quality support and professional standards on each contact.
Manage time effectively in order to obtain performance criteria objectives while creating a strong and efficient customer experience.
Analyze configurations to identify customer-reported issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of customer information to track customer history and report recurring problems to customer's product or service provider.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team following customer specific escalation procedures.
Perform and complete related tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong spelling, grammar and the ability to create detailed documentation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet time constraints and strict deadlines
Ability to teach one’s self when necessary
Proficiency with Windows 2000 / XP
Proficiency with e-mail (including web mail) clients
General knowledge of Client / Server model
Functional knowledge of the Internet
Strong customer service skills
Experiencing using Microsoft Windows based operating systems
Basic knowledge of the Internet and online software
Professional attitude and goal oriented work ethic
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge or experience using or supporting Oracle, Siebel, SAP or PeopleSoft applications preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of customer-support standards and processes, including
problem resolution
Research skills a plus
Qualifications:
High School diploma or related work experience.
Call center, customer service, technical support, computer networking, help desk support or similar job experience.
Interest in customer service and technology as it relates to providing help desk support to enterprise businesses and government customers.
Education:
High School Diploma / GED required
Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
Relevant certifications a plus
College experience preferred but not necessary if the applicant possesses relevant work experience.

Labor Standards
Act. This will include payment of over time for all employees who are properly authorized to work over normal work week hours. teleNetwork, Inc. is required by this act to compensate non-exempt employees overtime pay at a rate of one-and-one half the regular pay rate for this position.
