Management Team

teleNetwork's management team brings together an innovative and experienced group of professionals focused on delivering support solutions that empower our customers to focus on their core business. With backgrounds in telecommunications, software, customer care, and Internet technologies, teleNetwork has successfully provided seamless help desk solutions and support services for industry leaders in telecommunications, management consulting, Internet service, web hosting, and many others.

Anthony Herrera
President/ CEO

Anthony Herrera is the President and CEO of teleNetwork Inc. As President and CEO, Anthony has been the driving force behind the success of teleNetwork. Anthony founded the company in 1993 to serve as a level one technical support call center for Dell Computer. In the years following, Anthony expanded teleNetwork’s service offerings to include Internet technical support and help desk support for enterprise applications. Today teleNetwork provides support to over 25 million end users.

Prior to founding teleNetwork, Anthony served in various leadership positions for Southwestern Bell and AT&T two of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. As a Regional Sales Manager for Datapoint Corporation, Anthony’s team grew revenues to record levels. Anthony also served as an Account Manager for both Davox and Memorex Telex followed by stints as General Manager for CenturyTel and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.

Anthony was a founding Director of TEXALTEL and member of the Texas Association of Internet Service Providers. As President and largest stockholder of Sentry Offsite Storage, Anthony sold the company in 1999 to Iron Mountain, a publicly held offsite storage company.

Anthony earned a BA in Economics from the University of Texas Permian Basin. With 35 years of experience, Anthony has molded teleNetwork into a leading provider of outsourced technical support and help desk services.

Jill Herrera
Chief Financial Officer

Jill Herrera serves as the Chief financial Officer of teleNetwork Inc. Jill has held this position since 1994 one year after the business was founded. Through Jill’s guidance, teleNetwork has achieved significant profitability by making critical financial decision that are vital to the financial success of teleNetwork. teleNetwork depends on Jill’s expertise in financial management which have helped to increase profitability and cash flow over the years.

Prior to joining teleNetwork Jill held various management positions in the Small Business and Enterprise divisions for Southwestern Bell including: Service Order Supervisor, Training Supervisor, Business office Supervisor and Manager for Unit and Teller divisions. Her determination and ambition led to her tenure at SWB. After her tenure at Southwestern Bell Jill held positions with CompData, San Marcos Telephone Company, and CenturyTel Telephone Company.

Jill has been recognized for her exceptional leadership and management capabilities throughout her career which made her a perfect fit for teleNetwork. Herrera earned her bachelors degree from Southwest Texas State University in History.

George Yang
Chief Technical Officer

George Yang serves as the Chief Technical Officer for teleNetwork Inc. George has been with teleNetwork since 1993 when the company was founded. He has proved to be a vital part of the growth of teleNetwork leveraging his expertise in tactical and strategic decision making for our technology direction. His responsibilities include overseeing applications, systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.

George has had great success in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our internal systems including our CRM tool set, our ACD front end, and a fully scalable and customizable web based reporting engine utilized for monitoring the performance of our call center facilities in conjunction with teleNetwork’s service level performance requirements for each client.

Under George’s leadership, teleNetwork's technical resources and capabilities have grown at an exponential rate with the addition of redundant fiber connections and server clusters creating opportunities to take advantage of technologies such as CTI, VoIP, and many others. George’s dedication to the development and enhancement of our IT infrastructure is a reflection of mandatory standards and best practices used to support teleNetwork clients.

Roger Martin
Vice President of Operations - Technical Support Services

Roger Martin serves as the Vice President of Operations for Technical Support Services at teleNetwork. Roger began his tenure with teleNetwork in 2002. His responsibilities include overseeing technical support operations and help desk services for over 20 Internet service providers and multiple web hosting customers.

Roger has created an efficient and scalable operational model with strategic objectives to enable delivery of customer focused support solutions. Roger is responsible for managing our largest call center facility and leads our management team on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to teleNetwork, Roger held various leadership positions for several Fortune 500 companies including: Motorola, Dell, Stream International, and CompuCom. Roger’s experience has given him the knowledge and capabilities to lead teleNetwork’s Technical Support operations team.

Ryan Lommel
Vice President of Operations - Technical Support Services

Ryan Lommel serves as Vice President of Operations for Technical Support Services at teleNetwork. Ryan began his tenure with teleNetwork in 2003. Ryan's responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day technical support operations and help desk services for over 15 Internet Services and Webhosting providers.

Ryan's focus is on process analysis, customer service and the development and implementation of scalable, sustainable support processes that maximize customer satisfaction and allow teleNetwork to deliver aligned, integrated and flexible support solutions.

Prior to teleNetwork, Ryan worked extensively in customer service and operations with Clubcorp, Inc. Ryan has worked directly on teleNetwork's call center floor while completing his degree, became a member of teleNetwork's supervisory and project management team in 2004, and brings a unique perspective to the executive management team as a result of his experience. Ryan has a BA in Economics and a BA in German from the University of Texas at Austin.

Gabe Kenyon
Vice President of Sales

Gabe Kenyon serves as the Vice President of Sales for teleNetwork Inc. Gabe began his tenure at teleNetwork in 1999. In his role, he is responsible for the development of new business and management of existing client relationships. Since taking on his current position in 2004, teleNetwork has increased revenues by 100% while developing strategic partnerships with each client.

Kenyon has instituted a number of successful marketing strategies that align with his team’s sales process which are forecasted to increase sales by over 100% annually. Gabe has developed strong account management practices by closely coordinating all sales efforts with teleNetwork’s operational and information technology teams ensuring that each help desk solution meets client expectations.

Prior to teleNetwork, Gabe has held a number of leadership positions with MicroWeld International a leading semiconductor process equipment manufacturer and Websense a leading provider of web filtering and desktop security software. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Texas State University.

Raymond Perez
Director of MIS

Raymond Perez serves as the Director of MIS for teleNetwork Inc. He has been with teleNetwork since 1997. Raymond has prepared teleNetwork for rapid growth by overseeing the development and deployment of systems and applications designed to enable the flow of information through the organization.

Raymond possesses professional leadership skills and the technical expertise to deliver on strategic company objectives. Raymond’s team has been instrumental in building customer driven computing and telecommunications environments that enable efficient delivery of services to teleNetwork clients.

With extensive background in database management and application development, Raymond has created the necessary tools for each teleNetwork employee to provide accurate and proficient service to our customers. Raymond’s leadership has been essential to keeping teleNetwork a step ahead of our competitors. Prior to taking the position of Director of MIS at teleNetwork Ray held the role of Developmental Team Lead.

Carley Goad
Administrative Director

Carley Goad is the Administrative Director at teleNetwork Inc. Carley leads the development, interpretation and application of Human Resource policies throughout the organization. Her responsibilities include human resources, benefits coordination, accounting and clerical support, and compensation. She has been with teleNetwork since 2001.

Carley has lead a number of company wide initiatives to build a friendly and comfortable work environment that encourages personal growth, individual excellence, and mutual respect in order to foster a sense of family and pride. Carley’s ambition and determination has opened many doors for her team which has led to much of her success at teleNetwork.

With an “employee first” approach to each task that she takes on at teleNetwork, each employee knows that Carley will be looking out for their best interest each and ever day at work. She has built many relationships that have molded the values and culture of our company today. Carley has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in Mass Communications where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
