ONESUPPORT HELP DESK - Technology

A key component of teleNetwork's OneSupport Help Desk solution is the technology that helps our technicians resolve issues quickly and accurately for your customers. Our OneSupport solution has two key applications that improve your customer experience:

  • Remote Support Platform
  • OneSupport Customer Portal
Our Remote Support Platform enables our techncians to connect to your customer's PC over a broadband connection. Customers access the platform by going to a branded web page and entering a pin code provided by our technician. Once the pin code has been entered our technicians remotely connect to and repair your customer's issue quickly. As an alternative, your customer's can also download and install our Desktop Support Client and automatically connect to a technican for support.

The OneSupport Customer Portal is an optional marketing tool that can be used to generate revenue by advertising OneSupport services and your products and services. The Customer Portal can also be configured as a Health Check web site where customers can download our Desktop Support Client and run basic disgnostics to determine if their PC would benefit from OneSupport services.
