teleNetwork and Valor Telecom partnered to build a help desk solution designed to provide consistent service level performance and a strong customer experience for Valor Internet subscribers on every call. Valor has recognized significant reductions in repeat calls in addition lower field operating costs as the result of the quality of service provided by teleNetwork. Valor Telecom's network and customer care operations have seen increased efficiencies and overall customer satisfactions level improve as well. teleNetwork provides Internet help desk support for Valor Telecom's dial-up and DSL Internet subscriber base.
