teleNetwork offers a comprehensive benefit package for Full Time employees and PTO for Part Time employees. Our employees who maintain an average of 30-40 hours per week are considered Full Time. Those who maintain an average of 20-25 hours per week are considered Part Time.

Available Positions

At teleNetwork we serve a variety of client needs, including customer care, technical support, help desk, and billing care, in addition to many other roles. Available positions include Technical Support Representative, Managed Services Representative, Product Support Specialist, and Customer Account Specialist. There are also opportunities for advancement at teleNetwork into management and supervisory roles.

teleNetwork is seeking qualified applicants to provide technical support assistance to businesses and consumers for Internet services, web hosting services, desktop support, and security related issues. Work-at-Home (WAH) opportunities are currently available. Technicians must possess excellent customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships on every call.
